Join us for a restorative two-hour equine-assisted workshop on created for leaders and working moms: the people who care for everyone else and rarely pause to care for themselves. Through guided, ground-based activities with our horses, participants will slow down, reconnect with their own needs, and gain fresh insight into how they lead and give.
Horses respond to presence rather than performance, which makes them powerful partners for exploring boundaries, burnout, and the difference between leading and over-functioning. You’ll leave grounded, recharged, and with practical tools for making self-care part of the plan.
This session will be limited to 10 participants and includes light refreshments.
